Board of Editors

The Journal is a fully student-run legal publication. Its Board of Editors is composed of students who underwent a rigorous admissions and training process. The Board has the primary responsibility of editing and producing each issue of the Journal and has the secondary responsibility of fulfilling other administrative functions to ensure the continuous operation of the Journal.

Sofia Faye E. Virtudes

Editor

Sofia Faye E. Virtudes graduated from the University of the Philippines Los Baños with a degree in B.S. Development Communication in 2018. She is currently a fourth-year law student at the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law. She joined the Board of Editors of the Journal for its 69th Volume and was one of the Associate Lead Editors for the Fourth Issue of the 69th Volume. She is currently the Head of the Journal's Secretariat Committee and is a member of the Information Systems Committee and the Externals Committee.

Kyla Andrea Olivienne C. de Castro

Editor

Kyla Andrea Olivienne C. de Castro graduated from the University of the Philippines Baguio with a degree in B.A. Language and Literature in 2023. She is currently a third-year law student at the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law. She joined the Board of Editors of the Journal for its 69th Volume. She was one of the Associate Lead Editors for the First Issue of the 69th Volume and is currently the Lead Editor for the Third Issue of the 70th Volume. She is currently the Head of the Journal's Bar Operations Committee and is a member of the Layout Committee and the Information Systems Committee.

Yanni Jose S. Francisco

Yanni Jose S. Francisco graduated from the Ateneo de Manila University with a degree in B.A. Development Studies in 2023. He is currently a third-year law student at the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law. He joined the Board of Editors of the Journal for its 69th Volume and was one of the Associate Lead Editors for the First Issue of the 69th Volume. He is currently a member of the Journal's Information Systems Committee, the Office Committee, and the Externals Committee.

Carl Fredrick P. Sayson

Carl Fredrick P. Sayson graduated from the De La Salle University with a degree in B.S. Accountancy in 2023. He is currently a third-year law student at the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law. He joined the Board of Editors of the Journal for its 69th Volume and was one of the Associate Lead Editors for the Second Issue of the 69th Volume. He is currently a member of the Journal's Layout Committee, the Finance Committee, and the Secretariat Committee.

Emlyne Shane C. Duldulao

Emlyne Shane C. Duldulao graduated from the University of Santo Tomas with a degree in B.A. Legal Management in 2023. She is currently a third-year law student at the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law. She joined the Board of Editors of the Journal for its 69th Volume and was one of the Associate Lead Editors for the Third Issue of the 69th Volume. She is currently a member of the Journal's Information Systems Committee, the the Office Committee, and the Externals Committee.

John Derick M. Gabrillo graduated from the Ateneo de Manila University with a degree in B.A. Management Economics in 2023. Jimuel Ralpgh G. Dalipe graduated from the Central Philippine University with a degree in B.A. Political Science and Public Administration in 2023. He is currently a third-year law student at the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law. He joined the Board of Editors of the Journal for its 69th Volume. He was one of the Associate Lead Editors for both the Second and Fourth Issues of the 69th Volume and is currently the Lead Editor for the Second Issue of the 70th Volume. He currently the Head of the Journal's Office Committee and is a member of the Secretariat Committee and the Externals Committee.

Yzabel Angelica M. Pinera

Yzabel Angelica M. Pinera graduated from the Ateneo de Manila University with a degree in B.A. Philosophy. She is currently a fourth-year law student at the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law. She joined the Board of Editors of the Journal for its 68th Volume. She was the Associate Lead Editor for the First Issue of the 68th Volume, the Lead Editor for the Third Issue of the 69th Volume, and is currently the Lead Editor for the First Issue of the 70th Volume. She is currently a member of the Executive Committee and the Head of the Journals Information Systems Committee and the Layout Committee.

Anthony E. Del Rio

Anthony E. Del Rio graduated from the University of Santo Tomas in 2022 with a degree in B.S. in Management Accounting. He is currently a fourth-year law student at the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law. He joined the Board of Editors of the Journal for its 68th Volume. He was the Associate Lead Editor for the Second Issue of the 68th Volume and the Lead Editor for both the Second and Fourth Issues of the 69th Volume. He is currently a member of the Executive Committee and the Head of the Journal’s Finance Committee and Externals Committee.

The Ateneo Law Journal, for its 69th Volume, is now accepting Articles, Notes, Comments, and Essays from legal practitioners and scholars.

All papers submitted will be subject to evaluation based on the standards of theJournal.
