The Ateneo Law Journal extends its warmest congratulations to Editors Michelle Anne G. Mendoza and Steffi Gayle C. Bullecer for the recognition they received in the Foundation for Liberty and Prosperity’s Dissertation Writing Contest.

Ms. Mendoza placed third for her thesis on International Law entitled “Holding Investors in Investor-State Dispute Settlement Accountable for Human Rights Violations Through the Principle of Contributory Fault," while Ms. Bullecer qualified as a finalist for her thesis on Intellectual Property entitled “Into the New World: An Examination of the Application of Copyright Laws to the Digitization of Archive and Library Collections.”
